Mr. Marco Pacheco obtained his Degree from the University of Monterrey (UdeM). Additionally, he earned a Masters of Law (LLM) from St. Mary's University in San Antonio, Texas. Later, becoming a member of the New York and Texas Bars. He is licensed to practice immigration law in the United States and Mexico.
Mr. Pacheco has numerous years of experience helping families and individuals with their desire and planning to immigrate to the United States by navigating the complexities of immigration law. His experience and familiarity with the immigration system allows him to confidently advocate for his clients. In 2016, Mr. Pacheco started his own firm with the objective of providing legal representation to immigrants and international companies, today Pacheco Couceiro.
Mr. Alfonso Couceiro has more than 15 years of experience professionally advising his clients. He graduated in Law from the Pontifical University of Comillas in 2009, in Madrid (Spain). Additionally, in 2010 he graduated in Business Administration and Management and Finance from the same university, completing part of his studies at the McCombs School of Business of the University of Texas at Austin. Subsequently, he continued his studies at the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) School of Law, graduating in 2016 with his Master of Laws. In 2016, he was awarded The Masin Family Academic Excellence Gold Award by the UCLA School of Law. Mr. Alfonso Couceiro has worked for years in high-profile international Law Firms, advising Multinational Companies and international clients, and specializing in the Areas of Corporate Law, International Taxation and Immigration. At the beginning of 2017, he decided to become independent and found his own Firm, now Pacheco Couceiro. Alfonso Couceiro is licensed as a lawyer in Texas and Spain and speaks English, Spanish, French and Italian.
